We recommend wearing comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows for a full range of motion. You may also want to bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and towel. If you don’t have the appropriate clothing or equipment, we sell a range of athleisure wear and accessories at our shop, which you can purchase before class.
