What can I expect from a flexibility and mobility class at SLCK Stretch?

In our classes, you’ll receive personalized guidance designed to improve your flexibility, mobility, and overall physical well-being. Our sessions include a combination of stretching techniques, mobility exercises, and movement drills tailored to your specific needs.

Do I need to be flexible to join a class?

No! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced movers. Whether you’re looking to improve flexibility or just starting out, we tailor the sessions to your abilities.

How often should I attend classes for the best results?

For optimal results, we recommend attending at least one to two classes per week. Consistency is key to improving flexibility and mobility over time.

Are private sessions available?

Yes! In addition to group classes, we offer one-on-one private sessions that provide a more personalized experience, targeting specific goals or areas that need extra attention.

What should I wear or bring to class?

We recommend wearing comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows for a full range of motion. You may also want to bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and towel. If you don’t have the appropriate clothing or equipment, we sell a range of athleisure wear and accessories at our shop, which you can purchase before class.
